Make and take calls directly within Salesforce.
When in Salesforce, sign into Ooma Office Pro Plus with your credentials. To place a call, select the phone number link inside the Salesforce application, or enter the phone number in the text box. You control the call’s audio features through an Ooma Office IP phone, desktop app or mobile app.

Preview info on your screen.
Caller data pulled from Salesforce will automatically display whenever you make or receive a call from a number within the app. Use it to jumpstart your conversation. If you don’t have a Salesforce record for the number, you can easily create a new contact.

Create a Salesforce call task.
Whenever a call is placed or received, a call task can be automatically created on the matching Salesforce record. The task shows the time and length of the call and makes it easy for an agent to include notes or add a reminder to follow up with the caller.

Automatically log calls.
Managers can gain valuable insight into staff productivity. Review call logs, see if calls were inbound or outbound, and how long they lasted. Peek at the comments section to see if you should coach your team about the importance of keeping detailed call records.
