BEST BUSINESS DECISION IN YEARS!

We had been toying with moving to a VOIP phone service, as we are located in a very remote area of Colorado. We were very worried that it wouldn't be as good of quality as "normal" phone service. Since switching to Ooma, we have been so pleasantly surprised with how great the quality of service is now! We wish we would have switched over sooner. Not only is our phone quality so much better but we're also saving money compared to our old phone service. We've been so pleased with how clear and reliable our phone service is. No more dropped calls or phone service that isn't working for days on end. Oomas customer service is exceptional as well. They helped us get set up, walked us through every step until things were exactly the way we wanted them to be. Overall, Ooma has been a blessing since we switched.

OOMA solved the problem

We had cable service for internet and one land line. The land line was used for our Pest Control business. Cable would often go down on business days. We could backup internet with phone hotspots, but the phone line would be down until service was restored. This happened every couple of weeks during business hours.We have switched to a T-Mobile gateway and an OOMA solution for the phone line. Since switching, we have had NO outages, and OOMA allows us to work remotely from a desktop to take calls, answer get voice mail and make calls - all when we are away from the main office. Excellent!!

Great phone service!

Our business moved to a temporary location and our IT guy told us about Oooma. The switch to Ooma was easy and pleasant. Every Ooma employee I have talked to has been very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I wish we would have known about Ooma sooner. Their products are great and you can pick products and services based on the size and needs of your business. I would highly recommend!
