The first toll-free number you add to your Ooma Office account is free. If you want to add additional toll-free numbers to your account, it costs $9.95/month in the U.S. and $14.95/month in Canada. You can add up to 20 toll-free numbers to your account, but if you would like to add more than one toll-free number, you will need to contact Customer Support to get started.
Setting up a toll-free number with Ooma Office is easy. All you’ll have to do is head over to the Ooma Office Manager and select from a list of available toll-free numbers. You can even choose which extension will ring when the number is dialed. For further help, consult our support site.

Ooma Office accounts include 500 minutes of free outbound calling per month for 1-800 numbers. If you exceed 500 minutes per month, your account will be charged at 3.4 cents per additional minute.
