Continued to be charged after service was cancelled

I cancelled my service and have been continued to be charged "taxes and fees" since then. Customer service claims there is nothing they can do to reimburse me since they had to pay these "fees" to the government. Unless you plan on using their service forever, I would NOT recommend them.
