When your system administrator has enabled AI Transcriptions, you’ll be able to search them by following these instructions:
- Make sure you’re logged into your Ooma Office account in the End User Portal.
- Navigate to the Dashboard and use the search box in the Transcriptions section to search for one or more keywords.
- Search results will highlight the search terms when you select the call.
If you’d like to filter your call logs, use the Filter option in the Transcriptions section. You can filter by the following:
- Date range
- Call type
- Participant
- Transcription contents or keywords
