Where to view usage for the AI Receptionist

You can view your current usage for the AI Receptionist by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to Ooma Office Manager as an administrator and navigate to the Settings section.
  2. Go to Ooma AI.
  3. Choose Usage under the Voice Assistants menu

You’ll be able to view the total number of minutes you’ve used so far and the number of minutes included in your current plan. You’ll also see whether you are projected to have overage this month.
