How to switch between the AI Receptionist and the AI Answering Service

If you’ve been using the AI Answering Service and you’d like to tap into the fuller capabilities of the AI Receptionist, you can upgrade by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to Ooma Office Manager as an administrator and navigate to the Account section.
  2. Go to Billing.
  3. Find the Add-on Features section.
  4. You can upgrade your AI Answering Service to the AI Receptionist from this section.

If you find that you’re not using the full capabilities of the AI Receptionist, it is possible to move to the AI Answering Service. To do this, please call our Customer Care Team.
