How to add a new Virtual Receptionist

You can create a Virtual Receptionist by following these instructions:
- Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
- Click Add and select Virtual Receptionist from the dropdown menu.
- Give the Virtual Receptionist a display name and choose its time zone, which defaults to your company’s time zone.
- Configure the following information for your new Virtual Receptionist:
- Where calls will be sent
- The receptionist’s greeting
- The receptionist’s key press assignments
- The business and holiday schedule this receptionist will follow
- The receptionist’s After Hours/Holiday Menu key press assignments
- Click Save.
