How to remove a number from Shared Speed Dial

You can remove a number from the company’s Shared Speed Dial by following these instructions:

1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
2. Click System, then navigate to the Shared Speed Dial tab.
3. Locate the number you’d like to remove and click the corresponding button.

Please note that this change may take up to six hours to be reflected on company phones.
