How to check your recent AI Transcriptions as a user

When your system administrator has enabled AI Transcriptions, you’ll be able to view them by following these instructions:

  1. Make sure you’re logged into your Ooma Office account in the End User Portal.
  2. Navigate to the Dashboard and then the Transcriptions section.
  3. Your recorded calls will have brief summaries available right on the page. You can select a call recording to see a longer summary and the complete transcription. Use the Ask AI option to make inquiries about a specific call.
