When your system administrator has enabled AI Transcriptions, you’ll be able to view them by following these instructions:
- Make sure you’re logged into your Ooma Office account in the End User Portal.
- Navigate to the Dashboard and then the Transcriptions section.
- Your recorded calls will have brief summaries available right on the page. You can select a call recording to see a longer summary and the complete transcription. Use the Ask AI option to make inquiries about a specific call.
