If you have an Ooma Office Pro+ account, you can turn on AI Transcriptions for all users by following these instructions:
- Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Call Recording tab on the Systems page.
- Make sure the Enable Call Recording option is checked. Calls must be recorded to be transcribed.
- Check the option to Enable AI Transcriptions to automatically transcribe recordings.
- Save yor changes.
Moving forward, calls that are recorded will also be automatically transcribed.
