How to enable or disable AI Transcriptions as an admin

If you have an Ooma Office Pro+ account, you can turn on AI Transcriptions for all users by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Call Recording tab on the Systems page.
  2. Make sure the Enable Call Recording option is checked. Calls must be recorded to be transcribed.
  3. Check the option to Enable AI Transcriptions to automatically transcribe recordings.
  4. Save yor changes.

Moving forward, calls that are recorded will also be automatically transcribed.
