Troubleshooting the Ooma AP150

AP150 status light is off

The device might be powered off. Check that it is securely plugged in and that the outlet is functional.

AP150 status light is solid amber

Check that the network cable is securely plugged in and that the other end is connected to a modem, router, or switch. If you have Ooma Connect Internet service, try connecting another device directly to modem to verify Internet connectivity.

AP150 cannot connect to wireless network

Verify that the network name and password are correct. Note that the label on the device will not have the correct password if you changed it after receiving the device.

AP150 is connected to the wireless network but has no Internet access

If the device is having persistent or intermittent Internet connectivity problems, please contact our Customer Care team.
