What types of data count against my data allowance?

Device updates and other administrative background traffic for Ooma hardware will never count against your Ooma data allowance. In addition, Ooma Office voice traffic does not count against the data allowance of customers who subscribe to the LTE for Voice data plan.

All other Internet traffic, including checking email, browsing the web, streaming music or video, and more, will count against your Ooma data allowance.
