Will the access point work out of the box if my company has a firewall?

The Grandstream 7602 access point should work right out of the box, including setups that configure the access point behind a firewall.

The Ooma AP150, Ooma AP250, and Ooma ATOM access points will work behind a firewall, but you may need to open one or more ports. The following ports should be opened to ensure full functionality:

• CAPWAP UDP Port 12222
• HTTP TCP Port 80, 8080
• HTTPS TCP Port 443
• SSHv2 TCP Port 22
• TFTP UDP Port 69
• NTP UDP Port 123 (if no local NTP server)
