Navigation guide for Ooma Office voicemail

Once you’ve accessed your Ooma Office voicemail, you can use the guide below to quickly navigate through the various voicemail options that Ooma offers without waiting for the voice prompts.

Main menu options

• ‘1’: Listen to new messages
• ‘2’: Listen to saved messages
• ‘5’: Change settings
• ‘1’: Record a mailbox greeting
• ‘2’: Record your name
• ‘3’: Change your voicemail password
• ‘4’: Record and use a temporary greeting
• ‘5’: Delete a temporary greeting and use your normal greeting
• ‘0’: Return to Main Menu

When a new voice message is being played

• ‘1’: Save message
• ‘2’: Replay message
• ‘3’: Forward message
• ‘4’: Play previous message
• ‘6’: Play next message
• ‘7’: Delete message
• ‘0’: Return to Main Menu

When the message finishes playing, you will hear a phone number and time stamp for when the message was recorded.

When a saved voice message is being played

• ‘2’: Replay message
• ‘3’: Forward message
• ‘4’: Play previous message
• ‘6’: Play next message
• ‘7’: Delete message
• ‘0’: Return to Main Menu
