My IP phone has no service and the network is unavailable

Try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Use another device to make sure your Internet connection is currently functional
• Make sure the port on your router or modem that the phone is connected to has an Internet connection
• Make sure you have connected your modem to the INTERNET port on the phone
