The way you will factory reset the Ooma Linx device depends on the model of your device:
If your model Linx device has a reset button on the bottom of the unit, press and hold the button.
If the device does not have a reset button, plug it in. Insert a paperclip into the pinhole next to the phone jack and hold it down for ten seconds until the system status light blinks amber.
