How to use the whiteboard in Ooma Meetings (EAP)

If you need to collaborate with your coworkers or visualize your ideas in real time, you can open a whiteboard for everyone to use and view.

To toggle the whiteboard on and off, go to the More menu and select Show whiteboard. When the whiteboard is enabled, users can choose a variety of pens, colors, and shapes.

Everyone can use the whiteboard at the same time, and anyone can save the current whiteboard as an image using the icon.
