How to update the Call Park ring back time (Pro)

By default, the call ringback time for parked calls is four minutes. If you’d like to adjust this, follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Call Park tab on the System page.
  2. Choose your desired ring back time from the Call Park Ring Back time menu.
  3. Save your changes.
