How to turn call recording off for a user (PRO)

Ooma Office Pro customers PRO can turn call recording off for a user by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
  2. Locate the user whose calls you would like to stop recording.
  3. Under the Features tab, uncheck the box beside Record Calls.
  4. Click Save.

The user’s calls will no longer be automatically recorded.
