How to send a fax with the Desktop Application (Pro)

Follow the instructions below to send a fax using the Ooma desptop app:

  1. Log in to the Ooma Desktop Application.
  2. Click the send fax button to bring up the Send Fax popup.
  3. Type in the destination fax number and select a PDF document to fax (up to 5 MB).
  4. Click Send Fax.
