How to see and answer incoming calls for another extension with Extension Monitoring

Extension Monitoring allows a user such as a receptionist to use their phone to answer calls that come in to a monitored extension. When the monitored phone rings, the user with Extension Monitoring will see a red light flashing quickly on the monitored line that is receiving the call. The user with Extension Monitoring can answer the call by pressing the Extension Monitoring button.
