How to perform a Call Flip

Call Flip lets you seamlessly transfer calls between Ooma IP phones or analog phones and the Ooma Office mobile app.

Follow the instructions below to flip a call. All compatible devices assigned to your extension will ring simultaneously, allowing you to transfer the call to a new device without interruption.

Call Flip on an analog or IP phone

You can perform a Call Flip by pressing *44 on the phone with an active call.

Call Flip with the Ooma Office mobile app

1. Tap the Call Actions button.
2. Select Flip Call from the menu.
