How to let users add numbers to shared lists (EAP)

If you’d like to let users add phone numbers to shared lists like the company’s shared speed dial or the block listeap, follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
  2. Go to System, then navigate to the General tab.
  3. Check the Allow users to modify shared lists box.
  4. Save your changes.
