How to invite someone to an Ooma meeting by phone (Pro+)

If you’ve started an Ooma meeting and one of the participants hasn’t joined yet, you can reach out to them by phone.

To do this, use the Invite By Phone option in the meeting’s navbar. Enter one or more US or Canadian phone numbers and then select Invite.

For each phone number you enter, Ooma Meetings will create an attendee placeholder and initiate a call. When the call is answered, the participant will automatically join the meeting.

If you need to rescind the invitation before the participant answers the call, you can select the placeholder icon and use the Kick out option.
