How to enable the call block list

You can enable the call block list by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
  2. Click System, then navigate to the Call Blocking tab.
  3. Click the “Block numbers from Block List and play a busy tone” checkbox.
  4. Click Save.

Once you have enabled the block list, you can add numbers that will be blocked from contacting your Ooma Office account.
