How to enable or disable a user’s voicemail

You can enable or disable a user’s voicemail by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
  2. Locate the user whose voicemail will be updated and click the corresponding line.
  3. Under the Voicemail tab, click the checkbox to toggle a user’s voicemail on or off.
  4. Click Save.
