How to disable Extension Monitoring

You can disable Extension Monitoring for a specific extension by following these instructions:

1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to Devices under the Settings page.
2. Locate the device whose programmable buttons you wish to update and click the corresponding line.
3. Click Programmable Buttons.
4. Locate the programmable button you wish to delete and either change the action to None or choose a different function.
5. Click Save.
