You can determine the location of a user or a device by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
  2. Click Users or Devices.
  3. Locate the user or device whose location you wish to check and click the corresponding INFO icon.
  4. Click Save.
