How to contact an individual user from a call list (Pro+)

If you want to contact a specific user from a call list, follow the instructions below:

1. Navigate to the Auto Dialer module in Ooma Office Manager or the Desktop or Mobile app.
2. Locate the prospect you’d like to call. You can use the search box to filter the list if you’d like.
3. Use the corresponding icon to call the prospect.
