If you’d like to adjust the amount of time you have to wrap things up between auto dialer calls, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to your user settings and navigate to the Auto dialer section.
  2. You can either check the box to Use the default wrap-up time of 15 seconds, or you can use the + and – buttons to set a custom wrap-up time in seconds.
