How to add and remove members from a Paging Group

If you have already set up a Paging Group, you can update its member list by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
  2. Locate the Paging Group that you wish to manage and click the corresponding line.
  3. Click Edit Members: add members
  4. Click right to add new members from the list on the left and click left to remove existing members from the list on the right.
  5. Click Save.
