How to access a Shared Voicemail Box (Pro Plus)

If you’ve been added to a Shared Voicemail box, there are a few different ways that you can access voicemail messages.

User Portal and Desktop App

Shared voicemail boxes will appear as an option in the Voicemail section.

Programmable button on an IP phone

If you’ve set up a programmable button on your IP phone to access a Shared Voicemail Box, the button will turn red if there’s a new voicemail. Simply use the programmable button to access the new voicemail. Be sure you have the Shared Voicemail Box’s PIN.

Email notification

If emailed notifications are enabled by the admin, all members will receive an email with a written transcription when a new voicemail comes in.
