Checking calling activity for the Prepaid Account

Any time a user makes an international or premium phone call, the call will drain the Prepaid Account balance. All users can use the Prepaid Account. You can monitor the account’s activity by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Account page.
  2. Click Prepaid Account.
  3. Click the Prepaid Activity tab, where you will find a list of all recent calls that have drawn on the Prepaid Account.
