How to add a Ring Group greeting

You can add a Ring Group greeting by following these instructions.

1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
2. Locate the Ring Group whose greeting you’d like to add or manage and select the corresponding line.
3. Go to the Call Handling tab and select Initial greeting for callers. You can choose from the following options:
4. Skip initial greeting will send the caller directly to the Ring Group without an introduction.
5. Play initial greeting will let you either upload an .mp3 or .wav file (up to 10 MB) or use text-to-speech to create a greeting.
6. Save your changes.
