Each month, your Ooma Office account can send and receive a certain number of complimentary text messages:

Note that the monthly messaging limits are per account, not per user. This limit includes inbound, outbound, deleted, internal, and short code messages. There is no monthly carryover of unused messages. The limits reset on the first day of the billing cycle.
