I am very happy overall with my ooma experience and the level of support you recieve.I would like to see a headphone jack added to the phone itself as I use it 100% of the time with work and can't use my ooma phone due to it lacking this.Consider adding it!Great overall.

I have had Ooma over 2 years now and have no complaints as it works well. I even added Security Components and the ease of setup made it a good choice for basic home security.
