Call blocking feature is excellent

Our favorite Ooma feature is the ability to block calls. We got fed up with all the sales and robo calls prior to switching to Ooma.

I Love My Ooma!

I've saved over $1,400 since I bough my Ooma! I do pay for the Premier level (with a second line) so my parents can call me toll free (I have a phone number in their area code!) Also, I was able to use the Ooma mobile app to call my parents in the States via wifi from Paris, France (for FREE!) in 2013 when I was traveling along there. I love my Ooma!!!!

Very happy with the service

I have also gotten my parents to sign up for an Ooma, as well as a business my sister worked for, so I have been happy enough with the service to send others to it.

Basically free

My wife (rightly) insists we keep a landline in the house since we have a young child (for emergency calls). My solution was Ooma since I don't want to pay landline prices for a phone we'll nearly never use.

Block spam calls

Call blocking is my favorite Ooma feature because it reduced about 90 percent of all spam calls. Now I know exactly who's calling and have the freedom to block or send anonymous and unwanted calls straight to voicemail, in just one click!

Super easy setup

I've never seen anything online done this smoothly before. I like that a lot and hope it holds true for all aspects of the Ooma experience.

Honest company

I like that I know what I will be paying and am in control. I can (and very well may) go up to premium, and the price is still very reasonable. There are no hidden charges. I like doing business with honest companies.

Top notch service

Everything is clear, I use the service all day every day and I would never use another service ever.
