Great service, great product, Canceling a unused line is a painfully long process.
Ooma is a great product and service for the price, definitely deserves all 5 stars from my experience using the service is more than deserved. The only negative I would say is the cancellation process is tedious and purposely difficult. I had to cancel an extra line, I was transferred as the customer service rep could not cancel a line. It was a 20 minute process of constant sales pitches to convert the phone system to the home alarm or "are you sure you want to cancel". The customer service reps were very nice but the process could be simpler.

I love the product, and the service has been great. Clear call quality. I have two items that I would change, if I could. First, when answering the phone, I need to wait a second before saying Hello. Otherwise, the person on the other end doesn't hear it. I've gotten used to it, but it was awkward for a while that when answering, the other person didn't hear me, and we are both waiting. The other thing I would change is to make spam blocking an add-on feature, for cheap. I have the free home version, and want spam blocking, but don't want to add Premier, what that is the only feature I need. Thanks for the service!
We have used Ooma for about three years now, two of them at the Premier level, with all the bells and whistles. This last year at the Basic level. Even paying for the Premier level was cheaper than our local, traditional phone company, saving us hundreds of dollars per year. It was also less than our local cable company was charging for their VOIP service, although I must say the local VOIP has excellent sound quality and reliability. We ported our landline number over at first, but we have been using our cell phone numbers more and more over time. We hardly use the home phone at all now and mostly get telemarketer calls on it. This prompted me to downgrade from the Premier level to the Basic. The Basic level is essentially free, and we pay only about $6.40/month for taxes and fees. The only negative thing I can say about the whole experience is that the Telo itself stopped working correctly about a month after the warranty expired. The speaker on the Telo stopped working, and we can no longer monitor (screen) incoming calls, and we have to get the voicemails from our email or from the app on my cell phone. Overall, the Ooma experience has been positive, and I would recommend it to others.
Excellent product for the money.

I use Ooma Tell, plus a camera, motion sensor and water sensors. The camera is a little slow, but the sensors work great.
A very good service Overall

I ported Two numbers to Ooma as I subscribed to the premium service. One number ported without issue, the second there was an issue. The bad is I had to reach out to get it resolved, the good is that the support staff I worked with resolved the issue while I was on the line. Our call Quality is excellent. I had thought that I could separate the two lines but a call to one number seems to ring both phones that are attached. Overall, I would recommend the service to anyone.

I'm not very technology oriented; the OOMA phone system was easy to set up in my new location.
