Ooma Telo.

Works well, Good audio quality

The Ooma Telo box has been very reliable. The voice quality is excellent.I would suggest that Ooma add a notation with the Telo for an RJ-11 to RJ-45 adapter.In many new homes, the internet connection termination point is located in the laundry room within an ON-Q panel mounted in the wall.The phone connections within the ON-Q panel box are actually RJ-45 network connectors instead of RJ-11 phone connectors.The actual wall jacks in the living area of the house are RJ-11.The average person will not know the difference between an RJ-11 and an RJ-45 other than the fact that the RJ-45 jack is too big for the RJ-11 cable provided with the Telo.I spent my entire career in IT (Information Technology) so I was able to find the actual converter on Amazon.I question whether the average person lacking an IT hardware background would have been able to find the adapter on Amazon.The link below points to the RJ-45 to RJ-11 adapters that I purchased on Amazon.https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H4BZBPW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Ooma should add the notation about this adapter to their knowledgebase and to the Telo installation instructions.At a minimum, have them call Telo support to see if they need the adapter.

Great Service!

We switched from another provider to Ooma a year ago and happy with the service so far. We had a glitch with our number switch but that was promptly resolved by the staff. The quality of calls, hardware, setup and service are all outstanding to note!

So far no big issues, some minor would be re-booting

I was Skeptical...

Looking for a new phone service is not an easy task. You are buying something based on reviews and other people's experiences. I read up on Ooma, studied their website, read all of the less than 5-star reviews and finally decided to try Ooma VOIP. It has been three years now and I could not be happier. The service has been reliable with no glitches or technical issues. It is flexible; when I travel Ooma will ring my mobile phone or text me if someone leaves a message. Voice quality if great and there is no echo or lag on the line. Switching internet service providers is seamless, like it never happened. Excellent phone service.

Great service to have even in these days of WhatsApp

This is a great service to have with very competitive prices especially when I can’t call some people on WhatsApp which is not always available. I can dialans answers calls on my mobile phone. Try it!!
