A great alternative to landline/cable modem service!

Excellent value for the Ooma Telo device and service, quality of connection, ease of installation, and web-based interface and features. Telephone Number port was the best experience ever, quick (about two business days), and voice mail status/reminder before the day of the port. Now I have my same home telephone number, which was important to us!

There is nothing better

The Ooma Telo service is simply the best. The connection is wonderful. The coverage is great, and the price is unbeatable. What's not to love.

GREAT Quality and Services

Glad of the excellent quality of communication services offered by Ooma. I told many people of the excellent product and services I got. Just a suggestion; would be nice if the Ooma Telo, logo light intensity could be reduce.

Have had people say it rings and then hangs up, not even getting answered. Still need to go thru manual for better set up.

The change could not have been easier

First, the entire purchase and set up could not have been easier and moving my existing number only took about 6 days so there was no confusion at all. The settings done on line with Ooma were very easy and quick. Very happy with the service.

Everything went well

Initial period has been very good. Porting of my landline number took only four days. Only had minor adjustment to be done on my ring pattern. Reception on line has been excellent. I took the premier service and it has all the features and more than my previous landline and with the premier package porting of my landline was free. Now I am pay about $15 per month which is much better than the $48 per month I was paying to my cable provider for their VIOP landline.

We are thrilled to reduce our cable bill. We did require "paid help" to set it up but it was worth it and after a few months our Ooma phone will reap great rewards($). Being able to keep our old phone # is a real bonus and time saver. So far, the service has been great. Thanks Ooma.
