The customer:

An affordable housing community in a large midwestern city with more than 4,100 apartments, condos and single-family homes.

The challenge:

The community was faced with increasing phone bills for fire alarms, elevator phones, fax machines and security systems. They began researching POTS replacement solutions and discovered that an Ooma partner provided professional assessment and installation, a big differentiator in the marketplace.

The solution:

The community’s CTO, working with the partner, deployed Ooma AirDial in four locations at first, followed by a second deployment of 76 locations. The CTO also recommended Ooma AirDial to other public and non-profit housing organizations.
