So far so good

I am very pleased with my Ooma system.The sound quality is excellent and I really love the app on my cell phone.I can get a notice when someone live a voice message and I can listen to it where ever I am.My first concern was with my alarm system for my house, I was affraid that it would not work, but with a few settings changed my system was up and running with the central.Nothing to say against my Ooma system so far. I recommend to anybody who is tired of paying to much.

I should have bought this years ago.

Purchased our Ooma because I didn’t want to go through the hassle of to get my AT&T landline over to google voice. Right now we are using the premium trial but probably will not sign up for it after it ends. Right now all we need is the landline for our aging parents since this is the number they remember most. Setup was amazing, simple and straight forward and the steps to port our landline were easy to follow. Hooked the basestation of our wireless phones into it and it worked. The basic service for our service is is simply the 6.00 and change for the taxes and fees. Ooma dropped our phone bill from 32.00 for a savings of 306.00 per year. I’ve had the service for a couple of months now and I am very happy.

Using it now for 1 month and I love it.

I have been using Ooma now for about 1 month and I really like it ...No more long distances for me.Low monthly fees... I have choosen the Premier service and I can have it ring on my cell phone when I'm away from home and if I can't answer it will go!t to voice mail. When a call goes to voice mail I will automaticly get an email with voice mesasse attached... Really cool. I still have some options that I need info on but otherwise great service! Thx Ooma

Over 80 and happy

We had Ooma's basic service for a couple of years, and recently moved to another state. We kept our previous number until we were settled, then asked Ooma for a new 'local number', which was provided immediately. Once our new internet service was installed, it was "plug and play" with no difficulty at all. We are strapped by rising costs and a fixed income, so Ooma's price is a necessity for us, and we hope they do not increase it. We continue to recommend it at every opportunity. We did get the wireless dongle at our original purchase, but have nothing for it to 'talk to'. So, it sits in a drawer, just in case.

we love our Ooma...it saves us money, it works great. Love the call blocking feature....easy to use. love the e mail text voicemail feature.

International Service

I've had Ooma for some time and appreciate the way I can call my relatives on the East Coast at so little cost. However, I havea dear friend in England with whom I would like to communicate and don't know how to reach her. It would only be a few times a \year, so I don't need a special service on a monthly basis. How can I make this happen??

Quality product

I like mostly the voice quality of the product. Lower monthly fees with best quality product. In the feature I want to upgrade the OOMA TELO in order to use it with Other OOMA products.

Great Landline Replacement

Love the Ooma Telo system. This was a great way to save money and still have all features and much more than with the regular landline from a traditional phone service company. I tried this myself taking advantage of the 60 trial. Then purchased one as a gift for my baby boomer parents so they could catch a break with saving money. Very easy setup via the Ooma mobile phone app and Ooma.com. Customer service was great with a couple quick questions during my initial setup. I will recommend to others. Keep up the great service Ooma.

Works as advertised

This is my 2nd Ooma. First one was to replace our home phone and purchased 5 plus years ago. Both work well and do all as promised
