Great!

Easy setup, great reception, great price!The first unit received had an issue, but tech support was very professional while troubleshooting. Ended up being a hardware defect but they wasted no time in shipping a replacement which has had no issues.

Highly recommend!! I purchased my Ooma to replace my local and long distance landline service and am extremely pleased with it!! It has worked flawlessly with great consistent voice quality plus a savings in my phone bill of $45.00 per month. It was simple to set up and Ooma's customer service is outstanding and always available 24/7. Their online dashboard is fantastic to monitor the usage of it. I ported my landline number and have all of my home phones connected to it...you would never know it was not a landline phone.

So far the only problem we've encountered with Ooma is people talking on the other end of the line have commented on the call breaking up a little bit sometimes.

Works great. My only complaint is upon switching we began to receive calls from debt collectors and people applying for jobs with Microsoft. All bogus calls, it seems our number was placed on a list, we just let them go to VM and delete them.

Amazing customer service!

We have been having issues with FreedomVoice for months. Luanne, your outside sales representative came in yesterday as we were having another issue with calls not getting thru, or going straight to voicemail. She got us set up at our store and made sure every single detail was covered. Personalized service like this is rare in this day and age, and we'd like to thank Luanne Ashcraft out of your Boise, Idaho office for really going above and beyond for us! A++++!
