So Far, So Good.....

Well, as the title says things have gone smoothly. We're on just over a month now, old number is ported and works well. I will say the overall clarity is better. Relaying to my cell phone is great and I like that I can take my home messages right off the cell as well.

Promises and delivery

in terms of product & customer service being at the same level of service is rarely seen, either or will be insufficient or lack there-off in order to boost the other. Ooma really pulls both efficiently and user friendly. I would switch anytime to Ooma!

Outstanding features for a very reasonable price

I had no issues with the installation and porting my landline number took less time than Ooma stated it would. This was pleasantly surprising. The clarity of the voice conversations, the feature set for the Basic is very sufficient and the features for the Premiere are worth the additional (very affordable) charge. I wished I had make this change sooner to save more money over time. I would recommend the product to anyone searching for a cost-saving solution.

Awesome choice.

My cable company told me I was going to loose my phone number that I have had for over 40 years. OOMA was the perfect solution. Ported my number, worked perfectly.Thank You OOMA.

Better than I expected.

Installing the ooma was very easy. Instructions were great. I called customer service with a question on porting my phone number and the technician was able to answer my question. My only regret was that I wasn't able to port my phone number in my area code so I had a lot of work to do notifying everybody that I had a new number. We're very happy we switched to ooma.

Impressed with Ooma

I have been using Ooma home phone service for 2 months and I am satisfied with the service. I switched from very expensive land line to Ooma's VoIp service. I was initially skeptical because I thought that switching from land line to VoIP would be risky. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Ooma's service has exceeded my expectations. The phone quality is very good, no static, better sound quality than previous provider. The number porting went smoothly. Ooma's technical support assisted. I didn't have to wait long to speak to a live tech person. I even had the opportunity to call the 911 service recently due to a medical emergency, and the 911 service worked perfectly well. Most impressive, is the price comparison. Ooma's price point is significantly better and you get many good features for this low price - so, good value for the price. I am impressed and would definitely recommend Ooma to others.

Overall Very Good

Technically, everything worked well as planned. I gave 4/5 on quality becasue I was expecting Ooma Telo machine to be wireless. I did not know at first that porting my phone number will be an extra cost. Of course, the price is good so I will get my cost paid in a given time. I like that I can check messages on my cell phone when I am away. Customer support was very helpful. Thank you.

This baby works like a charm

The ooma telo works like a charm. Clear phone calls. No problems of any kind. Works as well as a landline, but a lot more affordable.

Yes, I would definitely recommend (I am, actually). Easy to set up, and not much different than the old set up I had, just way cheaper! The only thing I had to get used to was I found the volume a bit loud. My husband who is hard of hearing a bit, doesn't need to up the volume any more, so he likes it. I have it on the lowest setting on my Panasonic phone and I still find it a bit loud. I just move the receiver a bit farther from my ear. Considering I'm saving $50 a month, I can live with it 🙂
