Whether you’ve decided to upgrade to a new unit or you’ve had trouble with your existing unit and received a replacement, you can activate a new Base Station on an existing account by contacting our Customer Care Team.

Do not use the new account activation process unless you want to create a new Ooma account that is separate from your existing account.
