What is a virtual phone system?

Like a standard phone system, a virtual phone system connects all your employees to a central telephone network. This allows you to easily manage calls, transferring and directing them to certain employees plus enabling easy in-network calling.

However, a virtual phone system does not require you to install hardware like a PBX server or infrastructure like telephone lines. Instead, it can be used over your existing internet connection, allowing your IP desk phones, mobile phones and even desktop and laptop computers to access your phone system.
