Can I still use a physical fax machine with Ooma Office?
Yes. If your business still relies on a traditional fax machine—common in healthcare or legal offices—you can connect it to your Ooma Office system with an adapter. You can use either the Grandstream ATA jack, the Telo base station’s phone jack or an Ooma Linx. This will allow you to send and receive faxes with your traditional fax machine using Ooma’s VoIP infrastructure.
