Is voicemail transcription secure?
Security depends largely on your email environment because the transcription arrives through email. Organizations with stricter requirements—like legal or healthcare—often use email encryption,apply retention and access policies or forego email for faxes to protect sensitive information. Or forego email in favor of services like fax. The actual voicemail audio remains stored securely within Ooma Office until you delete it.
