How do I enable or configure voicemail transcription?
You can enable voicemail transcription in Ooma Office Manager:
- Log in to Ooma Office Manager.
- Navigate to the Extensions tab.
- Select the desired user or virtual extension.
- Open Voicemail Settings.
- Enable Voicemail Transcription.
- Click Save.
